The official organizers of the conference are David Bellhouse of University of Western Ontario and Georgia Roberts of Statistics Canada. Both are former students of Professor Rao and both are currently active in survey research. Local organization and administration will be handled by Gillian Murray of the Laboratory for Research in Statistics and Probability at Carleton University.
The Conference is sponsored by the Laboratory for Research in Statistics and Probability, Carleton University - University of Ottawa; the Survey Research Methods Section of the American Statistical Association ; and the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences.
